A.C.Coy is looking for a Benefits/Payroll Administrator. They value candidates with experience in multi-state benefits administration and Paycor.

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance, and contractor onboarding and offboarding with accuracy and consistency
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee People & Culture questions via the help desk and direct support
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative friction, and improve employee experience
