This role will manage onboarding and offboarding, including device procurement and documentation. You will also oversee benefits administration, including health insurance and 401(k) plans, plus manage domestic and global payroll, bonuses, and expense submissions. This also includes compliance and HR operations, vendor and platform liaison, international employment coordination, and supporting employee experience and culture.

This role will lead Alma’s Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, HRIS & Analytics, and overall People Operations functions. As a key member of both the HR Leadership Team and Alma’s Senior Leadership Team, the VP will ensure that our people processes, rewards programs, and compliance strategies scale effectively as we grow, overseeing a team and shaping it as needed to support Alma’s expansion.
