We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and compliance-savvy HR Compliance Assistant to join our People Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR-related policies, processes, and platforms meet regulatory requirements and support a consistent and compliant employee experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our background check program, supporting new hire onboarding with a focus on candidate integrity, and managing compliance-related systems and audits.
Manage workforce compliance initiatives across EMEA as a Project Manager. Focus on contingent workforce compliance, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company workforce policies. Oversee workforce policies across multiple EMEA countries, working closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in contingent workforce management. Shape and optimize workforce compliance processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
