About the Role:
- You'll report to the Deputy Director and work closely with the Director of Business Operations.
- You'll lead the People function as a senior individual contributor with broad ownership across HR, recruiting, and employee experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on US People Operations experience, including health insurance, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Experience owning end-to-end recruiting and introducing scalable HR infrastructure like performance reviews and compensation practices.
- An entrepreneurial approach grounded in sound HR practices, with high ownership and clear communication.
Logistics:
- Compensation is $120–160k USD with generous benefits; the role is remote, US-based.
- Must be available during core hours (10am–2pm ET) and travel approximately 10–15%.
- Reports to the Deputy Director; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
