About the Role:
- As Talent & People Director, you'll be the first dedicated People hire, recruiting-first by design.
- You'll own full-cycle hiring across every function, then broaden into people operations as we scale.
What You'll Do:
- Lead recruiting from intake through offer, sourcing proactively and running clean, fast processes in Ashby.
- Build onboarding, performance cycles, culture, and L&D programs as the team grows.
- Partner with the General Counsel on people strategy, compensation, and org design.
What We Offer:
- Base salary $180,000-$200,000 plus annual bonus and equity.
