Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to own our hiring pipelines end-to-end and help us grow a world-class team.
• You will work closely with our Head of People and hiring managers to scope roles, design interview processes, and run hiring rounds from job description to signed offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope new roles with hiring managers: define ideal candidates, must-haves, and realistic timelines.
• Advertise roles, seek referrals, and proactively source candidates through networks and direct outreach.
• Manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds: pipelines, scheduling, budgets, and decision timelines.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally at a small or early-stage organization, or 3+ for a Senior Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with applicant tracking systems and AI tools.
• High agency and transparent reasoning to guide hiring managers through fast, transparent hiring.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary between $105,000 and $140,000 USD, with location adjustments for certain areas.
