Role Overview:

• This is a full-cycle Senior Recruiter role owning searches from intake through close.
• You will treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of our brand, whether or not they get the offer.
• Expect to lean into AI tools daily to source smarter, screen faster, and run a recruiting function that punches above its headcount.

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles: intake, sourcing, screening, offer, and close.
• Build creative sourcing strategies for niche, hard-to-find profiles and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role definitions and use pipeline data to improve pass-through rates.
