Own end-to-end process and pipeline for 5-10 high-priority searches, building JDs and interview loops with a focus on outcomes.
Partner deeply with hiring managers to shape roles, set the bar, and run rigorous interview processes.
Maintain data hygiene in Ashby, leveraging AI-augmented tools for sourcing and pipeline management.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
AI fluency as a core competency, with proven ability to leverage AI tools for sourcing and screening.
Fluency with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, with strong sourcing capability for hard-to-fill roles.
