5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at fast-growing startups, finding niche, hard-to-fill profiles.
A sourcer at heart with proven ability to build pipelines from scratch through creative search and deep outbound work.
Deep Greenhouse expertise and strong AI fluency, specifically with Claude, used daily in recruiting.
