We're hiring a Recruiter to help build an exceptional team at Tremendous, owning the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination). You will learn every aspect of the recruiting lifecycle while building our talent pipeline. You'll develop instincts for what makes people successful here and build understanding of our talent landscape.
As the operational backbone of the People team, you’ll coordinate employee lifecycle processes, maintain clean HR data, and ensure teammates get the right support. You'll use AI tools to reduce busywork and move fast, working mid-shift hours to collaborate with global teams in EMEA, India, and the US. This role requires East Coast business hours to enable collaboration.
In this role, you’ll structure complex problems into scalable solutions that improve how Maven’s member-facing teams onboard, train, and deliver consistently empathetic, accurate, and impactful care. You will combine data-driven insights, AI-powered workflows, and a continuous improvement mindset to build programs that scale themselves—elevating team performance and operational efficiency.
