Build and maintain knowledge of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends
Use a multi-channel approach (email, social, calling) to proactively outreach to new leads within target accounts; our top SDRs are confident and effective on the phone
Drive effective discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals in to provide them the appropriate resources and communicate how Grafana can help them
Build and evolve mobile instrumentation SDKs for iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java), prioritizing performance, stability, and a great developer experience.
Design and ship SDK features such as session tracking, crash reporting, sampling strategies, automatic context propagation, and OpenTelemetry integrations.
Own projects end-to-end. Break large, ambiguous problems into incremental deliverables: design modular solutions, ship MVPs, gather feedback, iterate quickly.
Own regional enablement strategy & execution (EMEA).
Extend global enablement programs (sales plays, methodology reinforcement, content) and adapt them to EMEA market maturity, culture, and operating rhythms.
Own reinforcement of Command of the Message and MEDDPICC in EMEA through workshops, simulations, and live deal-based coaching–translating frameworks into practical, repeatable field behaviors.
Own the end-to-end collections process for the entire AR aging, driving timely resolution of past-due balances through proactive outreach and negotiation
Evolve and enhance collections strategies aligned with company policies, customer segmentation, and risk profiles
Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives be leveraging AI specifically in process documentation, automation, and tooling enhancements to scale the business
Ship features that make learning experiences feel obvious, smooth, and scalable.
Enable contribution and authoring (especially for non-engineers): create workflows and product features that let many contributors safely create, iterate on, and improve learning content.
Partner with our Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
Own the technical engagement with customers and help to close high-velocity opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
Actively partner with and teach Product Managers to define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
Partner with product management, engineering and various go-to-market functions to create materials that help customers evaluate and adopt our products.
Own customer lifecycle campaigns to strategically shape marketing programs and drive growth across the entire customer journey.
Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of great Presales SE’s from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Partner with the East Sales leadership on customer programs, marketing initiatives and community/company events to drive adoption and expansion within our customer base.
Ensure that your customers’ requirements are being met with our product through partnership with Product Management and Engineering, helping them prioritize their teams time with a data-driven approach to wins/losses/needs vs wants, etc.
