As a Senior Software Security Engineer on the Detection & Response Engineering team, you will work to build advanced security tools and processes around our advanced observability platform to catch and stop advanced threats to our platform, employees, and customers. You will work across all areas of the stack, do cutting-edge development, detection research, and response automation, and contribute these learnings back to the wider security community.

The Senior Compliance Manager will oversee the company’s compliance program, ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and IT General Controls (ITGCs) in alignment with COSO and SOX 404 requirements for public companies. This role manages the full compliance lifecycle — from risk assessment and control design to testing, remediation, and reporting.

Grafana's Product Marketing team lives in the R&D department, alongside the Product and Engineering teams. They're responsible for communicating the value of Grafana's products to millions of software engineers around the world. They gather information about the value of our products and share it in the form of conference talks, website pages, videos and social media posts, interactive training, sales materials, and lots more.

Responsible for creating Go-To-Market programs that effectively position the value of Grafana Labs and its products to solve the needs of target customers, demonstrating how our products and solutions — as well as our open source strategy — help prospects and customers achieve their goals. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of the messaging and positioning across key personas and product areas, working closely with both product management and enablement to help buyers buy (and sellers sell) our value.

This is a remote opportunity for a Staff Backend Engineer to take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives. Work with your team to deliver new features, and use the results to iterate and improve. Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers. Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.

As a Backend Engineer, you will collaborate with your team to deliver new features, lead projects from concept to implementation, and contribute to open source projects. You'll design, build, and maintain essential systems, influencing our roadmap and expanding your skill set.

The Field Engineering team works closely with our Presales Solution Engineering team, as well as Product and Marketing, to ensure the SE’s have the tools, collateral, enablement and experts they need to close business. The Field Engineering Infrastructure team maintains the backend systems and content.
