Improve operational efficiency by reducing deployment complexity and contributing to the Stack Config Reconciliation project.
Design reliable, accurate, powerful, and easy-to-use dashboarding, tooling, and reporting to support Sales and operational teams.
Develop reliable, accurate data models to help define financial and business performance metrics, from source data down through user-friendly reporting layers.
Lead cross-functional projects to develop tooling and datasets in support of the needs of operational teams; provide continuous enablement for these teams to self-serve basic data needs.
Build delightful interactive learning inside Grafana and ship features that make learning experiences feel obvious, smooth, and scalable.
Enable contribution and authoring by creating workflows and product features that let many contributors safely create, iterate on, and improve learning content.
Build fast feedback loops (metrics/logs/traces + user journey visibility) so issues stay shallow by making it easy to understand what’s happening in production and in real user experiences.
Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams building trusted advisor status with key stakeholders.
Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities within current processes and policies as well as partner to ensure sustainable and scalable processes are created.
Support new and experienced people managers across the GTM function to ensure we build a strong and consistent approach to people management.
