We need a results-driven leader to manage and grow our US Sales Development team and help us expand our business in the region. As a key contributor to our regional leadership team, you'll drive recruiting, pipeline generation strategy, and coaching for SDRs, partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure the team's success and culture in a fast-paced environment.

As the Product Manager for Database Observability (DB O11y) you’ll be responsible for the Cloud-exclusive database monitoring product. DB O11y provides customers with deep, actionable insights into their database environments. This product enables applications developers and database admins to surface, troubleshoot, and optimize latency problems and slow running queries across the critical database infrastructure that underpins a company’s core business applications.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be a member of the fast-growing Customer Experience team, responsible for providing specialised support for Grafana Labs customers. You'll support the entire observability stack, from front-end Grafana panels to metrics, logs, and traces. In this role, you’ll also get hands-on experience with a multitude of unique open source projects providing extensive learning opportunities within our Cloud, Enterprise, and Open Source offerings.
