As the Storage segment within the Shelter Solutions Business Unit continues to thrive, this role is to drive strategic sales planning, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts across national accounts. Will lead a team of 3-5 sales/national account managers with an emphasis on large-scale accounts in the western US. Will Oversee a portfolio exceeding $120 million, with a focus on expanding margins alongside consistent volume growth

Lead a team of Account Managers covering the Western US Public Safety territory to exceed revenue targets and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy. Actively engage in the territory to identify, progress, and close strategic opportunities while fostering a high-performance team culture. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with exceptional coaching, presentation and selling skills.
