We are looking for a Software Engineer, Full Stack to join our Core Features team. Together with this remote, cross-functional team you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of Camunda Platform 8 including Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, Optimize and collaborate to build new features in the Camunda Platform. You'll contribute and improve how our users can build C8 Processes powered by our platform.

Lead the Documentation team for Camunda 8, owning the end-to-end user experience across our documentation platform. Lead and mentor a team of site reliability engineers (SREs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee system reliability, ensuring that Camunda’s SaaS offering is highly available and performant. Provide project management support for reliability engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and mitigating risks.

Help grow the Corporate & G&A FP&A functions at Camunda as part of a global team of Finance. This interim role is a parental leave coverage up to 12 months. Lead financial processes and policies, influence outcomes in cross-functional settings, translate analysis into clear data-driven storylines, and use solid management skills for complex projects.

You will drive the overall strategic direction of the Foundations group in collaboration with Design and Product Management, engage with architectural decisions ensuring high standards for code quality, security, and scalability, and help engineering managers develop their careers. You'll champion sustainable incident response blameless retrospectives, taking a holistic approach to problem solving.

In this role within our newly formed Onboarding and Migration team within Engineering, you will play a key part in improving how we get developers from downloading our local install to the first “aha!” moment. This role will be laser-focused on the Java/Spring developer persona. As a Java developer, you can internally advocate for a well-crafted experience and externally author guides that seamlessly meet the expectations of Java developers.

Drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles. Articulate Camunda’s value proposition and vision to multiple levels of technical and business leadership. Collaborate with Camunda Solutions Engineering, Product leaders, and Partners to understand and support customer use cases, using multiple communication methods to create new contacts.

Respond to all inbound leads for assigned territory and maintain Salesforce hygiene. Create and prioritize target account lists within your territory. Identify and generate outbound opportunities. Qualify prospects for Enterprise interest and coordinate sales qualification with AEs.

Integrate AI assistant features across the Camunda user experience, enabling users to create, investigate, and customize their process orchestration journey, as well as take part in designing AI platform initiatives and shaping Camunda's BYOM initiative, allowing customers to configure their own AI providers for copilot initiatives. This position requires curiosity and passion for AI, with ownership of the codebase and comfort with the "you build it, you run it" mindset.
