About the Role:
- The Customer Success team plays a vital role in ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
- The CSM acts as the frontline advocate and strategic partner.
- They ensure that customers achieve their goals while also contributing to the company’s growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Becoming the trusted advisor to a set of enterprise customers and their key stakeholders.
- Developing customer success plans outlining Customer’s KPIs, stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption plan.
- Being a Customer Success Champion to evangelize customer-centricity within Camunda.
