The Manager, Field Reimbursement Services leads a team of field-based reimbursement managers and day to day operations of a field reimbursement program sourced to McKesson by a pharmaceutical manufacturer client. The role involves hiring, developing, coaching, evaluating, culture-building and leading the reimbursement team, allowing them to successfully engage specialty physician offices and support the manufacturer customer.

Maintain and improve clients’ satisfaction and member experience by leading a team of analysts who directly support our clients, handling day-to-day tasks, and providing direct client support, functioning as a key contact for stakeholders.

Serve as the technical point of escalation to ensure proper delivery and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that issues are addressed and resolved, across all buying channels. The role involves diagnosing and triaging issues for advertising campaigns in your region and advocating for system related improvements.
