We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Operations Associate with a background in sales or account management. This role supports day-to-day operations, sales pipeline management, and client success initiatives in a fast-paced, globally distributed team. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO (based in California) and help bridge strategy and execution across departments.

You will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team that drives successful onboarding, solution delivery, and long-term platform adoption.

Lead a team within the Clean Transportation business unit, growing and maintaining business clients who entrust Xpansiv with managing their clean transportation and renewable energy assets. Requires technical skills to understand and train on the complex processes. Lead a team of 2-6 members, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure that asset registrations are submitted, usage is reported, credits are generated, and clients are paid and managed in an accurate, timely, and thoughtful manner.

As the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team of strategic Customer Success Managers to deliver successful onboarding, healthy adoption, advocacy and retention for some of Vanta’s largest customers. You will develop a high performing team of CSMs who are customer value focused and results driven. You will be at the forefront of delivering Vanta’s GRC value and a key leader in executing our upmarket strategy.
