About the Role:
- Own and execute a subscription service for the EMEA territory.
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
- Be responsible for customer gross retention rate (GRR), net retention rate (NRR), and net promoter score (NPS).
What you'll be doing:
- Drive a significant increase in Enterprise Success attach rate.
- Grow net retention across your supported account portfolio.
- Maintain strong gross retention for your portfolio.
