What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 6 - 7 Facility Growth Operations Associates.
- Handle onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
- Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the function as the company grows.
Operational Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, test, and implement playbooks for activating facility users.
- Use HubSpot, Tableau, and Excel to track success and iterate on strategy.
- Partner with Marketing to develop value-driven materials and refine internal workflows.
Clinician Engagement:
- Spend 20% of your day on outbound calls to clinical partners.
- Lead demos and training sessions tailored to facility needs.
- Synthesize user feedback and flag insights for the Product team.
