The Care Operations Manager will lead a team of referral coordinators and ops support associates, who support the daily scheduling coordination and backend support of our Care Team. This person will guide the team to meet their SLAs and key metrics by setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and coaching. This person is an excellent communicator and servant leader.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of an offshore Member Acquisition team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs and SLAs, providing regular feedback to improve outcomes. Conduct regular QA reviews of agent calls, prepare performance reports, and refine team structures.

Oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring the successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the Client platform. Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.
