  • Fully own each long-form asset from research through final draft, ensuring narrative cohesion and strategic clarity.
  • Review and synthesize SME call recordings, source materials, internal documentation, and competitor research.
  • Transform technical and product messaging into executive-level, insight-driven narratives.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of secure, scalable, and compliant Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology, ensuring our Medicaid systems meet the highest standards for performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Modernize critical healthcare infrastructure using AWS, aligning technology with Medicaid goals and CMS MITA guidelines to deliver sustainable, interoperable solutions.

  • Drive to hit a quarterly goal of qualified meetings from our variety of inbound leads sources: paid and organic channels, free signup (PLG) and Open Source users.
  • Develop Outbound campaigns that drive interest, user signups and qualified meetings for sales.
  • Constantly seek new target audiences for outreach and conversion into the sales funnel, while converting existing leads like free signups, OSS users, and other inbound interest.

  • Lead frontend delivery - building workflow-heavy React + TypeScript applications and establishing the patterns that keep the codebase consistent and approachable as we scale.
  • Build clear, reliable user experiences for complex government workflows (forms, approvals, permissions, and data-heavy screens).
  • Actively reduce complexity, design clear interfaces, and build systems that are easy to understand and change.

  • Build & Capture: Create and maintain websites, funnels, landing pages, forms, and calendars; Ensure lead capture systems are optimized and conversion-ready.
  • Communicate & Nurture: Send emails, SMS, voicemail drops, and social messages via campaigns and sequences; Manage broadcasts, follow-ups, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Organize contacts and conversations inside GoHighLevel; Track leads, move deals through pipelines, and manage opportunities; Ensure timely follow-ups and clean CRM data.
