Serve as the Terraform subject matter expert, building reusable modules, automating infrastructure provisioning, and enforcing IaC best practices. Develop, deploy, and maintain Landing Zones or equivalent cloud foundation frameworks in Azure and/or AWS environments. Support application migration projects by designing scalable, secure cloud architectures and implementing the required infrastructure through IaC.

Design solution architecture for Teleport in a customer environment. Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments and communicate implementation best practices. Act as a point person for technical issues, providing triage and troubleshooting.

Lead and mentor a global voice operations team focused on reliability, performance, and scalability. Manage daily operations, including incident response and on-call coordination. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SBCs, policy servers, and other voice infrastructure components.

Provide engineering capabilities to support the delivery of change aligned to business objectives. Provide input into the shaping, planning and execution of projects in the team and wider department. Foster relationships with our customers to help improve the service we offer.

• Ramp on AWS architecture, Terraform patterns, Kubernetes setup, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack.
• Take ownership of an infrastructure area: CI/CD pipelines, observability stack, Kubernetes platform, or AWS security/networking.
• Shape infrastructure direction with design docs, RFC proposals, and mentoring engineering teams.

Become a go-to expert in Canva’s Infrastructure for System Integrations, helping shape the direction and technical foundation of our 2P integrations. Partner closely with product teams across the Ecosystem supergroup to understand the product landscape and influence roadmaps with technical insight. Craft clear and accessible technical documentation, including reference architectures, best practices, white papers, and solution briefs.

Engage with end users and Veeam partners to translate business objectives into technical requirements. Manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process as a technical advisor for Veeam solutions. Work closely with Veeam Product Development and Engineering to provide customer feedback.

• Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they maximize value from the platform while supporting renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with account management and customer success teams to provide tailored solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Offer actionable feedback to improve product functionality and adoption, acting as a bridge between customers and product teams.

Seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with a primary focus on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience architecting and delivering cloud infrastructure through Terraform-based automation in secure, regulated environments. This role will support the design and deployment of Landing Zones, cloud foundations, and application migration architectures within Azure (preferred) or AWS environments.
