Provides engineering and implementation services for existing and new products, technologies and solutions to address corporate business requirements. Participate in projects associated with the enhancement, upgrade or implementation of new or existing technology solutions.

The Project Engineer is dedicated to completing innovative technology projects, enhancing system capabilities, and fostering a culture of collaboration. This position delivers project solutions to clients exceeding expectations through understanding client technologies and a thoughtful approach to problem solving, requiring experience in designing, testing, and deploying complete technology solutions.

You'll be a key member of our small team, extending the Linkerd proxy layer to run natively on Windows, wrapping a network application to handle its inbound and outbound traffic, and delivering a production-ready solution for our customers. This role is a great opportunity to take systems-level expertise and apply it in cloud native environments.

The telco industry is moving to software-defined services and the role will lead customers through the design and delivery of OpenStack, Kubernetes, and software-defined networking solutions with a focus on platforms such as Ubuntu. This is a hands-on role where you will both design and implement solutions.
