The Solutions Engineer will guide customers through implementing Heartflowβs solutions in their hospital/clinical environment, requiring a deep understanding of hospital networks, protocols, and interfaces, plus risks related to patient privacy and data protection. Once solutions are implemented, the Solutions Engineer collaborates with Support and Technology teams, also working with Customer Success, engineering, security and regulatory teams to influence the roadmap of future technical solutions.
