• Lead a team of systems engineers to deliver successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to define and execute technical strategies tailored to SLED clients.

Lead and develop a high performing Enterprise Solutions Engineering team in Canada. Serve as a technical coach, mentor, and problem solver for complex technical solutions. Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across various departments.

Configure, deploy, and maintain Linux based systems, networking equipment, and virtualization platforms. Work closely with DevOps and Network Security teams to automate tasks, harden systems, and improve operational visibility. Improve system monitoring and visibility in cooperation with Network and Security Operations.

Prepare technical solutions for new server and network hardware installations, upgrades, and related infrastructure changes. Create and update technical documentation, including Low-Level Designs (LLD), typical solution designs, and hardware reference materials, based on High-Level Design (HLD) guidelines. Provide consultative support to project managers, operations teams, field engineers, and other technical specialists.

The Engineering Subject Matter Specialist will work both remotely and occasionally on-site, supporting large-scale IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives.
