Project Engineer Team Lead

The Project Engineer Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading a team of skilled engineers to deliver complex and innovative technology projects for our clients. This position combines strong technical expertise with people leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, guide the successful execution of projects, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and team performance. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership or team coordination, preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
