The Project Engineer Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading a team of skilled engineers to deliver complex and innovative technology projects for our clients. This position combines strong technical expertise with people leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, guide the successful execution of projects, and drive continuous improvement across engineering processes and team performance.
The Director of Project Development will act as a business developer for specific U.S. and/or international projects and is responsible for managing all phases of solar project development, including identification, evaluation, and realization of projects. The Director will collaborate with the local team, mentor, and lead junior team members. The position requires up to 50% travel.
The Customer Automation Engineer will be responsible for AI prompt engineering, automation setup, custom API integrations, quality assurance, and project/change management to drive customer success and internal efficiency. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with both customer goals and product capabilities, ensuring successful outcomes for our customers.
