This Land/Mineral Rights Specialist position will provide essential operational support within KoBold's mineral rights and land management function, supporting the company's expanding global portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. The Land/Mineral Rights Specialist will contribute to the comprehensive administration of land assets, conduct jurisdictional research, facilitate permitting activities, and perform due diligence processes, while developing expertise in mineral tenure systems and regulatory frameworks.

In this role, you will partner with exploration and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable infrastructure that makes it easier to turn data and models into real-world exploration insights. You will improve observability, streamline MLOps workflows, and maintain shared tools like JupyterHub that enable faster experimentation and collaboration. Your work will help create a solid foundation for scientists and engineers to focus on discovery instead of infrastructure.
