Own end-to-end data systems including data models, ETL/API integrations, and stakeholder relationships. Manage platform maintenance, data quality, and governance with tools like dbt and cloud infrastructure. Support the Mingomba project and mentor junior analysts across cross-functional teams.

Serve as the primary technical authority and design authority for the Mingomba copper project through design and construction. Direct EPCM contractors and owner's engineering team to ensure quality, integration, and on-time delivery within cost. Drive constructability, operability, and value engineering reviews to prevent scope creep and ensure safe, operable facilities.
Engineering Management
Lead the commercial strategy and contracting approach for the development of the Mingomba copper mine in Zambia. Oversee procurement, supply chain, and contractor management for a multi-billion dollar project. Drive local content, cost control, and risk management to ensure safe and predictable project delivery.
