The Contracts Manager supports the Contracts Team Lead in responding to internal requests from executive leadership and all sales teams, as well as requests from external partners by reviewing and executing legally binding documentation. This position requires extreme detail orientation with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

The Contracts Manager is primarily responsible for independently reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts while also managing and coordinating the full contracts cycle. This role will partner with all levels and functions of the business to help AlphaSense achieve its high-growth goals and will have an immediate impact on our dynamic, fast-paced culture.

You will play a key role in supporting our revenue function and customer satisfaction with customers who are up to 100 employees by managing annual customer renewals, month-to-month customer subscriptions, and contract questions, while collaborating closely with internal teams. With expertise in contract management, you will drive renewals and enhance customer relationships.

The Legal Operations Specialist will design and implement strategic solutions and improvements across our clients' legal departments by managing legal operations processes, building out new processes and designing roadmaps for implementation. The role includes planning and implementing improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates, and assisting with project coordination and process management.

Manage real estate transaction documentation for multiple business units, preparing and negotiating documents like lease amendments and estoppels, with attorney guidance. You'll own legal document library, design resources, and work with the Real Estate Legal Team to prioritize requests from internal stakeholders, making an immediate impact.

As a full-time Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor, you will safeguard the company’s interests by managing legal matters and developing legally sound policies. The role involves handling litigation issues within the framework of English and Welsh law.
