Identify and mitigate risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures.

The Senior Site Contract Manager will ensure timely execution of Clinical Study Agreements and related agreements. The role involves working with R&D teams, drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements within Fair Market Value and legal requirements. The SSCM functions as a US contract management expert, mentoring colleagues and driving functional improvement projects.

Support the rapidly growing Defense vertical with specialized expertise in DoD software acquisition and contracting. You will ensure seamless acquisition and execution of software-focused projects, contract management, proposal development and operational excellence in complex environments. Manage defense contracts, including the preparation, negotiation, and execution of software acquisition agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
