Reporting to Manager, Contracts, the Contract Specialist will be responsible for supporting Smile’s contracts team and ensuring business needs are met by effectively managing risk through the implementation of key processes and policies necessary for effective contract and procurement management within an established contract management framework. This role will help manage both internal and external relationships through the contract lifecycle, including preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and administering a wide range of commercial agreements.

Lead the full lifecycle of data center transactions, contract negotiations, asset onboarding, and compliance oversight. This role will also drive project management excellence, budget control, and stakeholder training— empowering the business to evaluate risk and make informed decisions from multiple perspectives.

DoorDash is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to oversee the lifecycle of contracts across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing various types of contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and business goals.

Play a vital role in supporting both U.S. and Philippines operations, offering strategic legal guidance, ensuring compliance, and managing contract and regulatory workflows. This individual will report directly to the General Counsel and will be working on both U.S. and Philippine legal matters while helping drive positive social impact at scale.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure contract compliance for Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and other agreements. Analyze, and revise various types of contracts and oversee contract lifecycle management. Assess potential risks within contract terms and Monitor compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and challenges.

Support the administration and management of a wide variety of contracts and provide support on a wide range of legal matters. Participate with project leads, partners, and counterparties to develop strategies and contract designs that meet Glydways’ goals; support day-to-day work of managing the suite of documents necessary to deliver on our projects.
