This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge legal expertise and emerging AI technologies, driving responsible and effective AI adoption across a legal department. You will guide attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams in applying AI tools safely while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards. The position focuses on shaping workflows, developing training programs, and promoting innovative yet responsible AI practices.

Support the Privacy Governance Team and report to the Director of Privacy Governance within the Legal organization, providing integral support to the Privacy team, helping them stay on track with company priorities. You will help prioritize and maintain regulatory requirements within the Privacy Governance Team and be a key player in making the Twilio privacy team successful.

This role will operate as a legal professional with understanding of the commercial landscape and business strategy, delivering legal counsel aligned with organizational goals. The attorney will draft and negotiate SaaS contracts, reseller/distributor agreements, professional services, consulting, and other commercial contracts. This person must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
