Trustly is seeking a gaming regulatory compliance leader who will lead the development, implementation, and management of their gaming regulatory compliance program. The candidate will be an expert in gaming regulations, ensuring that Trustly maintains a strong compliance program across all jurisdictions where it operates. You’ll partner directly with business leaders, engage with regulators, and help us build a scalable and robust compliance framework.
This position coordinates all regulatory approval efforts related to the state/territories for all new/existing campuses and online programs and any other regulatory bodies Adtalem Global Education reports to as it relates to licensing and accreditation activities, also leads a team that maintains 100% state authorization compliance.
Drive compliance in support of Finalis’ Product, Go-to-Market and Finance strategies. Execute a comprehensive compliance strategy that aligns with Finalis’ business goals. Develop and lead a high-performing compliance team in a remote-first cross-cultural context and tackle compliance-related escalations from users and internal stakeholders while increasingly reducing escalations through policies, processes, controls and automation.
