The Claims Director position manages the day-to-day and long-term operations of the OVG Corporate International Insurance Claims Department, working in conjunction with the VP, Risk Management. This role requires managing the insurance claims process to control risks and losses and guiding a team to achieve high-level claims operations. They will create and maintain policies and procedures for the management of claims and assist with the development of the organization's risk management process.

Lead the legislative and policy-related vertical within the legal team and partner closely with business units across the organization. Responsible for strategic legal guidance on a wide array of legislative, policy, and public affairs issues and initiatives, helping drive business goals while effectively managing legal risk. Will be accountable for the overall strategy, performance, and risk management within the subject matter area.
