Seeking a dynamic Commercial Affairs Director to oversee commercial operations, build relationships, and contribute to strategic planning and business development, ensuring legal compliance. Responsibilities include partnering with business units, leading MSA negotiations, and managing a team of Contract Analysts.

Lead and execute Aledade’s Commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans, negotiating value-based care contracts with health plans and other purchasers for their Commercially insured members. The VP will actively promote a culture that aligns with Aledade and team values, and will coach and mentor other team members.

As the Data Protection Director, you will lead and implement Monzo's data protection programme and 1st line team, building privacy into the culture and ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities. You will maintain and improve the implementation of data protection principles and framework, working with the DPO to ensure compliance with privacy legislation.
