Responsibilities:
- Conducting conflict of interest reviews.
- Triaging matters from the RTX Speak Up Helpline.
- Identifying and leveraging best practices to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 12+ years of experience.
- Proven sound judgment and ability to work in confidence.
- Prior experience working with leaders to drive an ethics and compliance focused culture.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing command media and policy.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP and similar ERP systems.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and/or similar data analytics tools.
