- Develop, implement, and maintain HR compliance policies, processes, and SOPs.

- Lead employee relations matters for office and remote employees.
- Research, recommend, and support implementation of compliance-related training.
- Support escalated cases within fulfillment center HR.
Audits, Reporting, & Regulatory Compliance:
- Conduct audits to ensure required employment disclosures and notices are delivered.
- Ensure compliance with leave, disability, and employment regulations.
- Partner with stakeholders to support compliance reporting.
Immigration & Global Workforce Compliance:
- Manage Visa and immigration processes and advise candidates and employees.
- Partner with external counsel on immigration strategy and case management.
- Oversee Employer of Record (EOR) vendor relationships.
