Accountabilities:
- Oversee Department of Labor employee submissions, ensuring compliance with all requirements for designated employees.
- Provide input into HR policies that are fit-for-purpose, legally compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise on recruitment approaches to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including governance and compliance.
- Proven track record advising on employee relations and performance management.
