We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Manager to join our growing team and play a strategic role in shaping our global talent acquisition efforts. In this position, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, lead high-impact hiring initiatives, and mentor a team of passionate recruiters and sourcers. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and loves developing people along the way.

This role is designed for a hands-on, detail-driven professional who can operate as both a project manager and operations specialist in a fast-paced, confidential environment. You will work directly with the Chief Talent Officer to manage the lateral partner hiring process through coordinating agencies, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution at every stage.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who knows how to operate in performance-driven environments, understands the nuances of trader psychology, and can align people strategy with trading floor dynamics. You will take ownership of the key processes specifically for the Trading division: partnering closely with trading leadership to attract top talent, build effective compensation systems, and help shape our employer brand in the trading ecosystem.

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the ideal candidate profile. Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, and others — exploring new ways to reach top talent. Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong and relevant talent pipeline for future needs.
