This consultative position will provide end-to-end classification support—including the creation and evaluation of position descriptions (PDs), advising on organizational structure and delayering, and ensuring compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) standards.
Serve as a point of contact and liaison between the Foundation and the EOR for staff-related matters outside of the US. Collaborate with the EOR throughout the staff lifecycle - onboard and offboard, employment changes, payroll processing, benefits administration, etc. Review, respond and resolve staff inquiries or issues, independently prioritizing those tasks based on timing and urgency of the request to ensure completion.
