Develop and facilitate progression and enhancement training for new hires in order to meet and exceed all aspects of client needs and requirements according to policies and procedures. You will coordinate new hire, progression and enhancement training and train new and existing employees on client projects emphasizing customer confidentiality and security.
Partner closely with leaders and managers in Business Consulting to attract and engage quality talent. Identify and engage candidates that align with needs and partner with the business to ensure a thoughtful process. Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction organization to support goals across referrals, operations, and talent marketing. Manage the needs of multiple hiring managers concurrently across a wide variety of roles.
