Job Description
Guide candidates through the full onboarding process, including offers, documentation, and compliance. Schedule and coordinate remote, onsite, or hybrid training sessions. Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, providing timely support and communication. Ensure accurate completion of hiring documentation and background checks. Maintain candidate records in Workday. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Training, Safety, and Operations teams. Use Workday and other tools to track candidate progress and onboarding status. Monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire and training readiness. Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, Affirmative Action, and company policies. Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance onboarding.
