As the CX L&D Design & Deployment Lead, you will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and evaluating training programs to enhance the performance and development of our consumer support team by leading Consumer Training Projects and analyzing metrics.

We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources.

As Global Mobility Lead, you will build scalable global mobility programs that are fair, consistent and approachable for all stakeholders and that support career development. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop seamless processes that support mobility needs while maintaining data integrity, compliance and efficiency. Maintain capacity planning models and collaborate with Team Leads to drive Real Time Management activities for our global Support teams. You will also produce WFM reports and manage staffing/scheduling to ensure sufficient staff availability, while assessing staffing levels daily.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, managing team member relations, supporting OKRs, designing People programs, supporting headcount planning, serving as a strategic thought partner, and championing a positive workplace culture.
