The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality talent to support large-scale staffing programs across multiple regions. This role partners closely with Staffing Managers, Regional Project Managers, and Project Directors to ensure staffing needs are met on time and with the right talent. The Recruiter drives the full recruitment lifecycle, including outreach, interviews, onboarding coordination, and pipeline management to ensure staffing readiness for all program demands.
