The Sourcer proactively identifies candidates using sophisticated sourcing techniques, focusing on hard-to-fill positions. Primary duties include designing and implementing proactive sourcing services as requested by Recruiters and Client Services leadership, developing passive candidate sourcing strategies using various methods, and delivering comprehensive support to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy. This role involves driving specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities, building and managing processes to qualify candidates, developing relationships across client services teams, and promoting the purpose and strategy of the Sourcing team. The Sourcer delivers exceptional candidate slates using proven methodologies, identifies strategic talent, and drives operational excellence and compliance. The role also requires managing diversity strategies, leveraging social media, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Sourcer shares best practices, industry intelligence, and identifies process improvements throughout the sourcing and recruitment marketing process.
