Using the SOW, lead the evaluation, finalisation and sign-off of the scope during sales to implementation hand over.
Create and manage the overall project plan including but not limited to: Project schedule (work breakdown structure, timelines, milestones, and deadlines) Risk management plan and register (track and monitor risks and issues and identify appropriate mitigation measures / response plans) Change control and log Stakeholder matrix Action and questions log / RAIL
Coordinate work with functional area leaders & work stream owners as part of the project plan build out and monitor and control project work throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions.
Gather feedback to accurately assess the business requirements, pain points and gaps facilitating best practice recommendations and the optimal use of SmartRecruiters.
Be versatile, effective, and continually deepen skill sets in recruitment practices and technology platforms.
