Service Delivery Expertise:
- Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project.
- Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements.
- Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies.
Cultural Expertise:
- Contribute to and support a positive team environment
- Provide and accept feedback while looking for opportunities to help others.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Workday consultant.
- Proficiency in configuring at least one or more Workday HCM or Finance module(s).
- Experience with all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle.
