Accountabilities:

  • Act as the functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Design, build, and support Workday integrations including Studio, PECI, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Requirements:

  • 8–11 years of overall IT experience with 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
  • Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.
  • Experience in Workday Integrations — Studio, PECI, EIB (Core Connectors is a plus).
