Senior HRIS Analyst

System Configuration & Optimization:

• Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules, specifically focusing on Advanced Compensation, Security, and Business Process Management.
• Lead the configuration of Time & Attendance with a specific focus on managing complex EMEA-regional requirements.
• Proactively recommend process improvements, policy changes, or innovative solutions to meet business challenges.

Reporting, Analytics & Compliance:

• Serve as a point of contact for global data regulations, with a specific focus on GDPR and data privacy.
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of complex reports and queries to support ongoing business needs.
• Maintain data integrity by establishing and performing audits, and analyzing data relationships between connected systems.

Stakeholder Consultation & Influence:

• Act as a consultative partner to HRBP, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams, proactively identifying where Workday configuration can solve business pain points.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday configurations.
• Develop user procedures and train stakeholders on new processes and functionality.
