Serve as Tier 1 People Solutions support, independently resolving a broad range of inquiries across the employee lifecycle.
Lead new hire orientation (NHO) and onboarding for employees, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive employee experience.
Act as a knowledgeable liaison between employees, managers, and specialized People teams, providing clear guidance, context, and follow-through to drive resolution.
Lead cross functional efforts to ensure the timely completion of product master data related to supply chain and procurement in the ERP and supply chain planning systems.
Own accuracy and maintenance of SKU and item master data across ERP and planning systems
Serve as primary point of contact for ECO management between Supply Chain, Engineering, Sourcing and Repair Operations
Own end-to-end commercial execution and internal deal operations, driving contracts through alignment, approvals, signature, and handoff to delivery teams.
Coordinate contract updates, amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring documentation quality, compliance, and cross-functional input.
Maintain clear trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time execution.
Define and lead the logistics roadmap across North America, supporting product launches, city expansion, and fleet lifecycle management.
Manage outbound logistics for vehicles, components, batteries, and charging infrastructure across air, ocean, road, and rail.
Lead global trade operations, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations, hazardous materials rules (e.g., lithium-ion batteries), and export controls.
Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules.
Tackle complex functional problems by identifying and evaluating data, crafting innovative solutions even when information is limited.
Act as a consultative partner to HRBP, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams, proactively identifying where Workday configuration can solve business pain points before they become escalations.
