Sr. Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design the long-term technical vision to build a robust, scalable Finance-grade semantic layer.
• Own the Finance data modeling strategy across core systems, ensuring consistent definitions.
• Define and enforce standards for dbt modeling, SQL style, CI/CD workflows, documentation, and automated testing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in analytics engineering / data warehousing, with a track record of designing architectures that scale.
• Deep expertise in dbt (macros, packages, performance patterns, project structuring).
• Strong backend instincts: you think in data contracts, idempotency, late-arriving data, reprocessing, control totals, and lineage.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience designing systems under strict internal controls (SOX, audit, IPO readiness, regulated environments).
• Familiarity with orchestration tools and how they interact with the transformation layer.
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and operationalizing them.
