In this role, you will work with our clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management, and spend analytics projects. Projects range from small, one-off scopes to larger teams working collaboratively on longer-duration projects. This position will support workstreams within various client projects.
As a Business Process Consultant, you will be a functional and process expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team. You will be consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Product Line. You will drive Finance, Supply Chain and/or Source-to-Pay-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/future-state processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders.
Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse software based on customer business requirements, ensuring solution configurations are of high quality and aligned with user stories. Apply complex mathematical models to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives. Provide continued support to the customer during the testing phase of the project and explain product value.
