The Learning and Development Associate supports key L&D practice activities and team administrative tasks to deliver outstanding service across The Adaptavist Group. Reporting to the Senior Manager of L&D, this role administers the learning suite, handles reporting/analytics, and assists with needs assessments and instructional design. It supports the hybrid model of Learning Operations.
