You will be responsible for leading regional community strategy and acting as a high-visibility liaison within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
You will manage regional community initiatives, serving as an individual contributor to drive product awareness and education in targeted accounts
Help develop and execute a growth plan for high-value accounts in the EMEA region in collaboration with global Community Leadership.
Develop and manage reseller partnerships in Australia & New Zealand to support Huntress' continued growth and expansion.
Identify, recruit and onboard new reseller partners across Australia and New Zealand who align with our target market and capabilities.
Create a strategic plan to maximize sales through the reseller and distributor channels, including defining sales targets, incentives, and marketing initiatives.
Work with customers to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions that increase end-user satisfaction, Huntress solution adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations
Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and satisfaction
Monitor daily corporate card activity, audit expenses against our Travel & Expense Policy for compliance, and follow up with employees for missing receipts and documentation
Review and code all flight and hotel transactions on the back end. Ensure that trips are assigned to the correct GL accounts and department codes before triggering the export to NetSuite
Learn the Zip procurement workflow to act as the primary backup for the Accounts Payable Specialist, helping to process vendor invoices and maintain the flow of approvals
