The Principal Proposal & Contract Strategist is a subject matter expert (SME)-level role responsible for shaping and executing enterprise-level governance across proposals and contracts. This role serves as a critical partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operational leadership, providing strategic oversight, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling commercial scalability.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting Coinbase's AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Combating the Financing of Terrorism) program, overseeing the Transactions Monitoring System Quality Assurance Programs for International Escalations and TMS Level 1 Reviews, and managing a team of Senior Quality Assurance Analysts.

As an Investigations Associate - Investigator and MLRO/delegate, you will play a critical role in supporting our AML/CFT program at Coinbase (Luxembourg). Your primary responsibility will be investigating and reporting customer activity across the Coinbase products in order to identify potentially illegal or suspicious activity. You will be expected to be a subject matter expert in the area of AML, with the ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion where necessary.

Engage with government entities, city officials, and other public institutions to advance and expand Lime's shared electric mobility services across France. You'll represent Lime's vision to elected officials across France while effectively communicating external political concerns and priorities back to Lime. You'll take ownership of various projects and geographic areas across France, engaging in both external-facing activities and internal project management.

Provide a key commercial leadership and support role on the HubSpot Legal Team. Primarily support HubSpot's Customer Success Teams who support and manage customers located across EMEA and USA. Be a quick starter that is able to quickly grasp global legal and contractual issues impacting our customers and provide commercial and practical advice and support to our Customer Success teams. Provide customer-focused solutions to complex legal questions.

Provide full product life-cycle counseling for a variety of global derivatives, prime brokerage, custody and financing related products, and practical advice on associated legal issues and risks. Negotiate novel, highly-tailored agreements with strategic partners and sophisticated counterparties. Stay abreast of and advise on digital currency and blockchain technology legal and regulatory issues, particularly in the US, UK, EU and elsewhere.
