Working remotely, you will provide legal counsel for our various commercial real estate services business lines across the U.S., with a focus on brokerage services. You will be responsible for contract negotiation, review and drafting, risk management and general legal advice and will develop positive and collaborative relationships with employees across the organization.

Support the sales team in deal closure, including draft, negotiate and finalise contracts, such as, NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, etc. and internal teams for various procurement deals. You will drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk for the organisation.
