Senior Commercial Counsel - North America

What You’ll Own & Drive:

• Own end-to-end commercial contracting across North America, from POCs and MSAs to DPAs and renewals.
• Advise Product and Engineering on legal and regulatory risks, including privacy, biometric, and AI issues.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to negotiate deals and deliver clear guidance under pressure.

Your Background:

• 7+ years of commercial or technology transactions experience, ideally with law firm and in-house mix.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. state privacy laws, BIPA, PIPEDA, and Québec’s Law 25.
• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
