Work closely with the General Counsel to manage sophisticated international commercial transactions with global banks and financial institutions.
Support legal operations and AI capabilities in a hands-on, commercially minded role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, partnership, and commercial agreements, including DPAs and regulatory addenda.
Implement AI-powered legal tools, improve contracting workflows, and drive process improvements.
Advise Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams on commercial legal matters.

What You’ll Need:

Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Extensive experience driving negotiations for complex enterprise technology agreements.
Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks including data protection and privacy.
