The Associate Counsel will primarily support the Procurement team but will also work with our Sales and Channel teams as needed, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating inbound and outbound vendor agreements. They will also manage legal dashboards and provide legal advice.

Seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis. Responsibilities include redlining, editing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements. You will report on contract analyses and reviewing contract compliance with company policy.

Support the sales team in deal closure, including draft, negotiate and finalise contracts, such as, NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, etc. and internal teams for various procurement deals. You will drive conversations with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risk for the organisation.
